I participate in 4 fitness classes and a personal training session a week. The folks that lead the sessions are exceptional. Bri has a great fit/fusion class on Monday. You'd never know it given Bri's delightful demeanor, but she has a lot of hard bark on her and channels Mr. Jon Leisenring's "leave it all in the gym" training approach and energy pretty dang well. Regarding Jon, it is my great honor and pleasure to have a class or training session with him with 4 times a week. I work and enjoy every minute. Evolve is the perfect fitness center for me. It has improved this geezer's quality of life and I am ever thankful.
