• Kristen was super patient and helped me navigate through Manasquan to the studio (even after I was already running late because I kept getting turned around 😂😭) and then she was calm and kind during the entire procedure. I was sleepy that day and she didn't force me to talk but she also engaged in conversation just enough that it didn't feel weird, and she was so gentle. She gave great advice for maintaining and cleaning my lashes and how to go about daily activities without damaging them. I'm definitely forgetting awesome stuff about the experience but it was truly 10/10!!
