• The massage was fantastic! But the only reason I don't give a 10 to my experience is because during the first 20 min or so of my massage I could hear people chatting and laughing loudly outside the door making it hard to relax. I think there was a group of guests. Not sure if there's anything you can do about it and I don't have a good suggestion but wanted to share that feedback. Thanks!
