• The facility was very clean & set up cute. People at the desk were eager to help & super welcoming! Now the best part... my massage therapist greeted me, inquired about target/problem areas, & pressure to be administered. I was asked 2-3 times throughout my massage if it was too much or not enough pressure, which was adequate. Obviously I could have spoke up at anytime, but didn't need to. I carry stress & tension in my neck, shoulders, & the muscles around my shoulder blades. I've always had huge knots of muscle tension that just stays. Sonja (spelling?) worked the majority of the time on these problem areas. Unfortunately, she didn't get them all the way gone but wow, does it feel better! Honestly, this was one of the best massages I've ever had! She has power behind those hands! She incorporates hot stones & towels in her massages, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm going to return in a couple of weeks to work on getting rid of these muscle knots. It will take a few times, I'm sure!
