Both times I've been to the spa for a 9am appointment, the door has been locked/I'm not let in until 9:05-9:10. Minor detail but something in the moment that is frustrating - would love to get to my appointment, settle in, use the restroom etc. Or make my appointment for 9:15.

The quality of the massage was excellent. The price was reasonable. The place was peaceful and nice. I like there's parking; I don't like struggling to find a spot or having to pay for a lot. It wasn't snobby or unfriendly like some spas. The people were nice
