I loved the services (massage and facial). The practitioners were very knowledgeable. The environment is soothing. I deducted one point because I would have preferred the waiting area/lounge to be in an enclosed quiet room. Currently it is located in a high traffic area, which is not really conducive to quiet relaxation. I do recognize that space is limited. I will be back!
