Peaceful & pleasant atmosphere. Staff makes you feel right at home. The massage I received was amazing, there was zen music playing & the massage therapist made a point to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I've already recommended to 3 friends and 2 family members.

Sharon is amazing at finding the right places to release tension and using the right pressure. Plus, she is able to stretch out my body for continued running, which is what I love to do!
