Because it's simple to schedule through the app, I get an appropriate number of reminders by text and the in person staff are always very helpful and nice. Then there's Kelli who is AMAZING!! She Always takes the time to ask how I'm doing and what I need to work on and then goes the extra mile to make sure she gets all the right spots and makes me feel wonderful when I leave! She is the best!
