I chose 10 for my services at Even Keel (which is a great name by the way) because first & foremost, Tracy is an excellent technician. I walk dogs for Rover.com, consequently my right shoulder & neck were always very sore. I explained this & other sore spots and she actually LISTENED to me!!! She really zeroed in what I actually asked her to do!!! I really appreciate that and now, some four days later, I'm still feeling much, much better. I have told her all of what I have just written. I was very satisfied with the massage therapist & the entire experience. Only reason I didn't give you a 10 was the distance from my residence, a half hour drive each direction
