Very clean welcoming environment. I had Samantha for facial and she was A plus. She was very good, she saw what my dru skin needed and I left feeling refreshed but also so very relaxed. My face is super soft after I also purchased a product she recommended and have now added to my face regimen. I felt like she also genuinely cared about my needs and concerns. Lastly I appreciate honesty and I felt she was very knowledgeable but honest. So I rate 10, I couldn't have been have enjoyed it any more than I did.
