Love the atmosphere and ambiance of the spa. I love the flexibility of the hours available for appointment, and most of all Alesha Lewis was just what the doctor ordered. It was my first time but I truly believe with continued service with her some of the chronic pains I deal with would be relieved. She talked me through what was going on with my body and gave me tips on how I could work towards relief.

Nice waiting room area and ambience. Appointments are always on time as scheduled. Tracy Evans is an amazing massage therapist and always a pleasure to have a visit for self care.
