At the recommendation of one of my doctors, I made an appointment with Alexa to learn how to meditate. I went in curious and came out convinced that it is something I want to add to my life. Alexa was easy to talk with and her genuine enthusiasm is contagious. I am on my 4th day of a 2-week on-line class. Love It!
