I had a facial with Sherry yesterday and it was awesome. It was so peaceful and I was so relaxed. I really needed it after a loooong couple weeks at work and some personal matters at home. I looked so radiant and refreshed. I bragged to everyone afterwards.

Warm welcome, though there was a woman using a laptop sitting in the waiting area. This is not stress releasing to have someone working while I sip tea with a hot wrap on my neck. (Small aside) Kerry is really good. She knew two pieces that I love and she remembered. Massage feet and I need my head propped up when I lie on my back. She is clearly present. Calm exit. It really helped with some sore muscles so the massage was very effective.

I love the calm atmosphere and your staff is friendly and well-trained. Your staff also seems to stay onboard much longer than competitors, who lack consistency in their services. Even Keel consistently delivers top quality services.
