The Yoga Nidra is really really really really really really helping me during this time! Alexa and Joan are lifesavers. Thanks so much for doing it virtually. I live in the DC area and it enables me to get to know Even Keel even better. I came to Even Keel years ago on an Annapolis vacation and loved it. If I'm in the area it would be my first choice for spa services!
