The staff at Even Keel was very good at keeping up communication throughout the entire process from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Even during covid-regulation, Even Keel was able to keep the experience feeling almost normal. There were new employees working the check-in desk since the my last appointment but they were just as friendly and helpful. Kerry, my massage therapist, was extremely accommodating and addressed all the focal points we discussed before our session. She tailored the massage based on what I needed, and I never felt feel like she was just “going through the motions.” Even Keel has always kept their space welcoming and clean, but I did appreciate how much extra effort they are taking during these times in 2020. Please support them if you can during this time. You will not regret it. If you can get an appointment with Kerry, do it! But all of the massage therapists I have had appointments with there have been excellent.
