• I appreciated the relaxed yet professional atmosphere, the warm welcome and great customer service I received by telephone. I felt no pressure from Olivia to do the "big chop", rather she showed me what my hair could be when the right products and techniques are applied. Now I feel motivated let go of the damaged hair and set my natural curls free.
