Exceptional experience. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond; beautifully decorated spa - right up my alley. Would have rated 10 if there wasn't so much confusion about what is or isn't safe for pregnant people. I was repeatedly refused a body wrap no matter what kind despite being cleared by my midwife for lavender. So I chose an alternative treatment. But upon my arrival I was told I could have done the lavender wrap. A bit frustrating as I would have done that yesterday if I was given the right information from the start.
