The massage therapist was excellent and kind! She really helped with the tightness in my upper back and shoulders and I felt much better afterwards. She took the time to suggest a different head positioning when running, which might help with the discomfort. She also recommended the 30 minute neck and upper back massage in the future (instead of suggesting another hour in a half session, which I only did because it was a gift). Thank you!
