Never had a bad experience here but Saturday wasn’t exactly perfect or you would’ve received a 10. The massage was outstanding...detox was good. The microdermabrasion was sub par. Even if I’m the last customer of the day, I paid 80 dollars plus tip I shouldn’t have my service rushed. Also I mentioned at the beginning I was uncomfortable on the table...no action taken to correct the problem. And when she tells you, my wrist just popped in your ear..that means I’m done for the day.. this makes you feel less than welcome. Customer service training might help.
