• Everyone is very professional and competent. I haven't had a bad massage yet. The therapists listen to my concerns and address my problem areas. It's easy to get in as well. So being someone who works shift work I really appreciate that. The direct billing and membership discount is a nice touch too! Just one small note but it's not enough to actually dropped my score by any points, the massage therapists tend to be a bit on the Chatty side! Also being someone who has two small children at home I do really appreciate the few moments of Zen I get when I come for a massage. I know that at any time I could probably mention this to them personally but I don't have the heart to hurt anyone's feelings. It would be nice if they just addressed my concerns, started the massage and then unless I engage them in conversation they remain quiet throughout the treatment.
