• Very highest score as there is no perfection. Of course there is perfection in imperfection! Depends on perspective. There was no waiting time. The stylist greeted me pleasantly. Had a great scalp massage. Hair cut and input from stylist highly regarded. Made sure I was aware of products for purchase but did not give me big sales pitch. Did give me info on products so I can make informed decision . Lastly, I was fortunate to be matched with some one with similar interests. Lovely experience! Deborah
