• I loved the facial, but my ear piercing was snagged on by the hot towel, which made my piercing bleed and hurt for the remainder of my day. Other than that, excellent service.

• It was my 1st experience going to Etandah, I had good service as soon as I arrived. The facial room was so relaxing and Kayla was very informative but the only thing that I was disappointed was that i had no idea what kind of a facial I had booked, I ended up getting a Anti Wrinkle facial but it was customized.
