• I loved my experience so much - the quality of my facial was amazing. I really appreciated being able to stay after to read my book quietly. This meant a lot to me. I gave a 9 and not a 10 because I could hear people talking so loudly right outside the room and this took away from the experience slightly. It happened the last time too. Perhaps staff could talk in low voices while treatments are going on. Honestly though I would still recommend the spa and loved it.A 9 is a pretty darn great score! 😊
