• Everything was explained in a kind and welcoming manner! We walked in just to inquire about available services and when asking about the spa day pass, we weretold we could have it that day! It felt like a friendly invitation and is the reason we will now be booking appointments! Jacki was patient (sometimes answeringour questions more than once if we forgot) and so sweet that we felt pampered! The atmosphere was relaxing throughout including, sounds (water fountain andmusic), the body language of workers, the decor, and the manner in which services are offered. Bloomfield is fortunate to have such a gem!
