• I always enjoy Essential because Jackie works hard to accommodate her customers despite pandemic and worker setbacks. I also really appreciate all of the niceties that add up. The consistent music, the quiet sitting area, the nicely decorated and glittery paintings, the opportunity to choose oils for aroma domes, the option to bring in food and beverage, the yoga room comfort for extended stays, the invitation to shower before massages, the complementary samples. It all makes for a comforting time.
