• Fwd: "10" That was my first massage. Shelly gave me my massage,she was very informative, explained what she was going to do. She also explained how the muscles being tight can effect other parts of the body. She explained that pliability is a huge part of avoiding injuries. I truly enjoyed the massage and how informative she was. I Wii recommend you guys to people and will schedule another appointment.
