• I have abused my body with 10 hour days at a desk, weekend warrior activities, past injuries and new aches and pains from getting older. Brittany always takes the time to listen to my recent issues and makes sure to work on the areas that need the most attention as well as addressing my more chronic pain. I always have that wonderful "Jello" feeling when I leave, no matter how knotted up I come in. The entire team at Essential Kneads is awesome amd I am so glad I found them!
