• Emily listened to my concerns and my long term goals to improve the pain and stiffness I have been experiencing in my upper body. Prior the beginning the massage, she explained the strategies and techniques she was going to utilize. During the massage, she sought feedback from me on my level of discomfort as well relief to provide me with the most benefit. The following day, I felt a significant relief in the tightness and discomfort I have been experiencing in my upper body especially in my right arm where it was the most severe.
