• Carol explained the process to me through messages on Yelp and even called me the next day to see if I had any questions and wanted to book. She was very nice. Cara was just as nice, and not only that, she was thorough and my face is still nice and smooth. She recommended a face wash but wasn't pushy about it, and it's working out great. Nice clean environment made me feel comfortable.
