• We were greeted with a warm welcome and offered a drink of water and a chance that use the restroom. Jen and Lindsey were great at explaining what to expect. They were awesome at giving us massages. They also gave us water and a free gift on our departure. It was a great experience.

• Customer Service was great. Laura did my waxing... she was very friendly and did a great job. Valencia was my masseuse and she was amazing as usual. She fixed my neck problems. She is kind and considerate. One complaint is when I tried to book the waxing and massage the website said it was unavailable. So I had to book the massage then do a separate booking for the waxing. Luckily I tried it or I would have only did one service.
