• When the gps took me to the wrong location, Victoria explained where the spa was located in relation to where I was. She volunteered to stay on the phone until I arrived at the spa. The staff exuded confidence and greeted us warmly. Despite being a few minutes late because of the gps problems, the staff was not rude or unkind about my being late. Megan was professional and listened to what I said and asked clarifying questions and made sure I knew that if something was uncomfortable I could tell her.
