• I do a lot of physical work. For the last 6 weeks I've been taking apart a large deck and rebuilding it at my home. It took a week to remove all of the siderails and steps, 2 more weeks to scrap as much of the peeling paint that the previous owner had applied repeatedly over several years. Its taken the last 3weeks on my hands and knees bent over sanding it with a electric sander to remove the built up paint that the previous owner had applied repeatedly. It tookSam spent 75% of the massage stretching and putting my shoulders and upper body muscles back in place in addition to moving my shoulder blades as well.
