• My experience was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive, every single one i came in contact with, from beginning to end. It was truly a relaxing experience. Ciara did my nails and they look perfect. First time i can actually say say I'm truly satisfied with my nails after getting them done. She pays attention to every little detail. I also got a hydrafacial done, which was done by Jacqueline and it was not only extremely relaxing(i dozed off a few times...and i read in a couple of posts hydrafacials aren't meant to be "relaxing" ) Jacqueline absolutely made it a very relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back!!

• Massage therapist is fantastic and is able to zero in on problem areas based on physiology rather than just verbal instructions. I think it would feel more spa like if there was a changing room with lockers and robes. Also, therapy walls not soundproof.
