• Matt always does an amazing job, but he really took the time to assess what was needed and make sure that every single need was met and that the overall experience was outstanding! I have been singing his praises to my coworkers all day! I also really appreciate all the measures you have taken to give all your guests a safe and enjoyable experience!

• Eyebrows looked perfect after the service provider finished working on them! She was courteous, and I appreciated the precautions taken by the spa regarding the Coronavirus. The only thing that was uncomfortable to me was lying down to get my eyebrows waxed. I would prefer sitting in a chair as opposed to lying down on a table to get my eyebrows waxed. Other than that, everything was great.
