• Bailey at Escape was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time ever getting a full leg wax, so I was pretty nervous going in, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. The whole experience ended up being surprisingly painless, and her calm, professional energy made a big difference. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. My only issue had nothing to do with Bailey at all — it was the lighting in the room. It was very dim, and even with the small light she was using, it made it difficult to see everything clearly. I have very fine blonde hair, so good lighting really makes a difference during waxing. When I got home, I noticed a few small areas that had been missed, which I believe was simply due to the lighting conditions. That being said, Bailey herself was fantastic and incredibly attentive. I have no doubt she would have happily gone over everything to make sure it was perfect. I will absolutely be booking with her again — I’m already planning on scheduling an eyelash lift, a pedicure, and probably a facial as well. She’s an amazing person with great energy and clearly very skilled at what she does. I just hope Escape considers improving the lighting in their waxing rooms, because with a technician like Bailey, the space should match the quality of the service she provides.
