• I was greeted enthusiastically, I liked the overall vibe, positive and cheerful atmosphere. And, the most important thing: I LOVE Jennifer! She gave me a great cut, asked for feedback throughout the whole process. I felt we worked together to achieve a great result but, really, she KNOWS what she is doing! • I am a cinematographer from Los Angeles currently shooting an HBO series in Virginia Beach. I was referred by my hotel concierge of a non-toxic salon that i may be interested in for my manicure, pedicure and hair blow out, since i had an E channel interview later that day. I researched their products, feed back, and also great references from my Screen Actors Guild agent. I arrived and quickly greeted by a lovely New Yorker receptionist named Nicole. She offered me high end bottled water, fresh brewed Italian coffee, soda and a light snack. I was quickly greeted by my stylist who is a specialist make up artist and hair styling expert. Her love and care for my hair and scalp was top notch, her shampoo massage and hair styling was top notch. I was then taken to a nail lounge where it was like an Alice in Wonderlamd setting. Big pedicure thrones, vegan pedicure and manicure selections. I chose te jasmine pedicure with Amanda. Her incredible touch and big attention to detail was very very healing and pure ecstasy. I chose a Butter color for my toes and i highly recommend it! After my pedicure, i was greeted by Kelly, she was lively, and exciting to be with. She was a professional nail tech from California and i learned a lot of nail care secrets from her. As i left, i met the owner Yolana and i could tell from meeting her, she is a jewel and wonderful African American hair stylist very passionate of her work, salon, clients, and employees. I have spread the word in Screen Actors Guild, HBO, and E channel of this Virginia Beach salon when in the area.

• This salon is amazing! The entire salon is impeccable and pristine. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. This manicure outlasts all the other manicures I've ever had! The products are luxury, 8 free and non-toxic!

• Yolanda was amazing. Her salon is beautiful. First, let me say that I was referred to her by another hair dresser that could not handle my short hair style. When I called, she accepted the challenge and came in early the very next morning to accommodate my needs. Yolanda not only took it on happily and without hesitation. Her confidence made me feel at ease and I knew I was in great hands. Note: I had hair past my shoulder blades when I went in. Now it's above my ears. I love it. Her staff was friendly, professional and fun. Oh, and the cost was very reasonable. I could not have asked for more. I will be referring everyone I know to Yolanda's salon.
