• I had an appointment with Laura for a consultation. She explained the different procedures to me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also managed to get me in to have a procedure done that day. (BBL) She spoke to me during the procedure explaining everything she was doing. I appreciated her taking me on the same day. The facility is quite a distance away from me so that was a lot more convenient for me. On my 1st visit, I was left very impressed by Laura and the staff. Merna was also helpful in explaining the cost, she had a pleasant smile and personality. All in all, I met several staff members who each had a pleasant smile and words of encouragement for me. All made this very comfortable for me. This was the first time I ever had anything done like this and everyone I encountered made me feel comfortable. I'll be back for sure.
