• You were the only skin care office to have a live person answer the phone. We had called five other dermatologist and everyone had an answering machine. My teenager was desperate for someone to address her acne issues before heading off to college. Having a live person answer, the phone was reassuring to us. We were able to make an appointment promptly, this lowered my daughters anxiety. Laura was absolutely amazing during my daughters consultation. She came up with a wonderful treatment plan for my daughter. The office aesthetics were absolutely pleasing and gorgeous.
