• Everyone I interacted with was very kind/thoughtful to my needs, and they answered all my questions and helped me through fully understanding the process of my tattoo removal and the equipment involved. Also, I very much enjoy the idea of paying-as-I-go for the tattoo removal sessions when other places would insist on charging for a package up front.
