• 1. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All my questions are answered and my concerns addressed. 2. This is a tricky one to say... but... the staff all look amazing. I say this because, to me, it shows that they use their own products and services, which shows me they believe in them and that they work. 3. They do not aggressively try to upsell. I think the videos on the waiting room are a brilliant way to showcase some services that people do not even know exist. 4. I ask Kristen what she thinks I need to look my best, and she makes recommendations without judgement. And knows that when I ask "how much for that?" it is because I need to budget and save. So it will be a few months until I can do it- but no one is pushing me to do it sooner. I feel supported in reaching my goals instead of feeling like I'm being sold on something. 5. I really love the office and it's location. Lots of parking. The office itself is lovely (that blue!💙). I just wanted to put that in there because whoever is in charge of the decor is doing a great job.
