I would definitely recommend this place. I love the calmness and the welcome ness that meets you every time you arrive to the place. I have mainly been doing the hatha yoga classes and I love how each teacher has their own style and also how each of them are able to adapt their poses if you have special needs. The classes are always bilingual which makes it easy when you as me don’t speak French.
