• The only thing I didn't like was the filled-to-the-brim dirty laundry in the sauna room with me. I had to reach over it to hang my clothes on the hooks. Dirtylaundry from other people in a sauna room with me is pretty gross.

• My appt was not in the system when i arrived, but the gal was able to get me in withinhour. Also, the water pitcher was almost empty 2 of the 3 times i went into the sauna. I think, too, it would be nice to have wet hand or finger towels to cool off with after the sauna.
