I've been coming there to see Diane for the better part of 20 years. I've always trusted her to do a great job and she always has! Your front desk and other staff have always been polite and professional. I almost always am dressed down and don't wear makeup when I come in and yet I never feel looked down upon, unlike some other upscale salons might treat a more casual minded client.
