I typically only let Julie touch my hair, but she didn't have availability I needed. So, they paired me with Lexi and ensured that she knows my likes/dislikes. They even went out of their way to make sure Julie chatted with Lexi about my hair type! I had a fantastic experience. Lexi made my hair look beautiful, explained every step, and gave an amazing wash massage. Thank you for an excellent experience!
