• I loved that the day prior to service, I was contacted to remind me of the appt, tell me what I needed and asked if I had any questions. They were prompt with responses. I also appreciated that I was informed of the stylist being late, most times, I just be waiting in the shop for hours. They offered me complimentary beverages and told me where I could get a smock and hang my coat. I was asked often if I needed anything and there was a spot to charge my phone. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I felt like I had been coming for years. Not to mention, Dani was so sweet and polite. And so neat and gentle with my braids. I love them and I will be back. This is my new salon!
