• Great customer service and conversation with other customers and hair stylist. Personally, I wasn't having a great day but left on a happier note. Additionally, I neglected to add shampoo service to my booking but they accommodated in short notice. Took some flexing on both sides re: time and shifting but I appreciated how seamless the owner and stylist made the process! I've already told two people about the salon...and love that I get to support a female-owned black business in Hyde Park!
