• As soon as I arrived, I put on my cape for water protection and was directed to for hair wash, cut, color, and relaxer. There is always interesting conversation in a quiet and organized salon.

• I chose a 9 because I liked the results, Quin was nice and gentle, and everyone else was nice as well. However, I would've liked the overall appointment to have gone faster- I was there 2 hours and 45minutes, and it seemed like she forgot about me at times or was busy tending to other clients. Part of the reason I chose her is because her online description said that she doesn't over book. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and the outcome of hair.
