• I came in for a quick silk press, but had to take a few calls for work during my appointment. The team was willing to work around my headphones so that I could take my call and offered suggestions to make that process easier for me. The team also noticed that I had highlights and color in my hair and recommended a protein treatment which made me feel like they really cared about the health of my hair. Also, I was serviced within 10 minutes of arrival and the whole process start to finish was about an hour and a half. The team was attentive and efficient.
