• I enjoyed my service and definitely will be back. My only roadblock which might be an error on my part but I booked for a trim and wasn't fully versed on the difference between a trim and a cut per the salon protocol. So nearing the end of my appointment, before getting curled I voiced to my stylist that I had a few splits going up the shaft that I would like removed (also was more than willing to pay the price difference) but she recommended otherwise and to just come back and keep getting trims even though my hair was visibly frizzy due to the splits.
