• This was my first time getting full head of braids. Everyone in the salon was nice and welcoming. The entire experience was so nice and just comfortable. Yana was amazing - I had a bad first experience with a previous braider (tension, not caring for my hair) - Yana made sure tension was just right, etc., and the braids turned out beautifully. With the booking process, the fact you can select "need extra braids/thick hair" and the website talks about multicultural hair, keeping hair healthy -- all made me feel like I would be in good hands, there wouldn't be any surprises at my hair density/length.
