• Everyone was nice and personable. DJ was awesome and communicated with me the entire service. And she wasn't aggressive when promoting herself which made it easy for me to decide to come back in the future for more services from her.

• Everything was really efficient with timing. I only sat without anything being done to me for a total of 5 mins max and if I had to guess I'd say 3 mins...that's huge for me. Many salons will leave you sitting for 15-30 mins even though nothing is being done to your hair. My silk press came out pretty...I like less heat/more body, it was super flat yet silky and flowy. It's just my preference to have more body and texture but it was 100% the true definition of what a silk press is supposed to be and my hair literally felt like silk and still does. Lalitha and her daughter are very personable and nice. I'll be back :) Thank you
